A little about me

 

I began working as a private chef in 2020 in the greater Nashville area. Primarily working with families or three or more, I developed menus and recipes supporting a variety of dietary needs (vegetarian, plant based, severe food allergies, etc.) as well as finding unique ways to use extra ingredients to minimize food waste. I enjoy utilizing clients' favorite recipes and learning new ones to create menus with tasteful variety.

 

My experience with cuisines ranges from traditional American fare to Asian fusion, some basics in Italian and French cooking, and various Indian staples. My commercial kitchen experience has included bakeries, vegan fare, and basic food preparations. ​
